OUR PROCESS:

In our first appointment, we'll take the time to listen and discover WHAT and WHO is most important to you and WHY. You'll have the time you need to share your story, ask questions and get comfortable with us.

By the end of our second appointment, our goal is to fully understand you and your goals, needs and priorities. Should you choose to hire us, we then align our advice and guidance to build personalized strategies to help you plan for the expected and prepare for the unexpected, adjusting over time to help keep you on track.

Throughout the year, we'd provide proactive, ongoing financial education to help you avoid common mistakes and pitfalls. We'll examine several scenarios and weigh potential tradeoffs for each of your important financial decisions.

As a client, you will decide how often we meet each year.
As quarterback to your strategy, we partner with your estate and tax professionals as well.

ABOUT MY TEAM:

I joined Edward Jones in 2008 because I wanted to work at a firm where clients' interests came first. As a private partnership, we can focus on our clients' long-term interests and not on producing short-term results for shareholders.

In 2014, I became a limited partner and in 2020, I was named a general partner.
I hold three professional designations – CFP®, CRPS® and AAMS® – and earned my undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York City.
I am a New York native, growing up in Seaford, Long Island.
I currently live in northern New Jersey with my wife, Kristin, and daughter, Joslyn.

My Branch Office Administrator, Lisa McGrath, has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Lisa received her MBA from Long Island University and her B.A. from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Lisa is a native of Valley Cottage, having graduated from Nyack High School. She and her husband, Andrew, reside in Orange County. When she's not at the office, Lisa enjoys cooking and gardening.
