Once we know your WHY we use an established process to build personalized strategies – it will be your roadmap to get you where you want to go. Our process begins with a discovery meeting where we go through a list of well-prescribed questions to get an understanding about what’s most important to you. Next, there are three potential outcomes. First, we might find that your current advisor is doing a great job, in which case we would recommend you stay put. Secondly, we might identify some gaps in your situation and may invite you to be part of our family of clients; however, we do limit our practice to a small number of families. Lastly, if we aren’t the right fit for your situation, we would recommend you to someone in our network.


My office partner, Luana, is the first person you see when you come to the office and the voice you hear when you call on the phone. She is experienced and extremely capable and always has a smile on her face. Luana loves gardening and spending time with her family.

I have lived in Sonoma County for over 20 years, and with the help of my beautiful wife, have raised three wonderful children who are all starting their own journeys. We love the outdoors, and you will frequently find us walking and hiking in our beautiful surroundings.
