As an Edward Jones financial advisor, my number one goal for our first meeting is to learn more about you, your family and your goals. I like to invest our time together learning what's most important to you and educating you on how we can get there.
Since we'll have more than enough on our agenda at that time, I put together a bio for you to get to know me.
I've been a Chicago native my whole life. The only time I haven't lived within 20 miles of Chicago was when I was attending Illinois State University, and when I worked out of our Home Office in St Louis. I enjoyed my time there, but I knew I always wanted to head back to Chicago. So in September 2009 when another Edward Jones advisor left the industry, I jumped at the opportunity to come to Elmhurst to take care of his clients and meet new ones of my own.
My life passion is helping those who need help and giving back, so I got involved in the community right away. I joined the Rotary Club of Elmhurst and the Chamber of Commerce within a month of being here.
I became the youngest President in the history of our Rotary Club in my 2014/15 term. I lead our club with a focus on mental health issues many of our students face. In late 2018, I was elected the Chairman of the Board for the Chamber of Commerce ushering us into our next centennial in our 101st year as an organization.
In January 2018, I felt like I was missing some more "hands on" volunteering, so I started doing food recovery from our local Grocery stores for the Elmhurst Yorkfield Food Pantry. I'm consistently impressed at the good we're able to accomplish.
On a more personal note, I am a dog lover and a board game enthusiast. I think live music is good for the soul, so you may run into me at the Gazebo on Spring Road for the summer concerts or at Elmhurst College during Jazz Fest.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. If there is any way I can help, finance related or otherwise, don't hesitate for a second to reach out.
