One-size-fits-all may be fine for some investors, but we believe investments should be tailored to your needs and not generically based on guidelines for someone your age or at your stage of life. Whether your goals include preparing for or living in retirement, paying for education, planning for the unexpected or creating an estate or inheritance, we can offer investment solutions tailored to all your financial goals.

I began my Edward Jones career in 1992 as a financial advisor in Alice, Texas. I attended the University of Texas at Austin for four years and earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas A&I University in 1975. I received the AAMS™ professional designation in 2001. In addition, my Sr. Branch Office Administrator, Margie Perez, and Branch Office Administrator, Melissa Windham, have 20 years of combined experience and are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service possible and ensuring each client feels welcomed and valued.

I have lived in Alice, Texas, since 1962. As a member of this community, I have served as past president of the Alice Chamber of Commerce and Alice Kiwanis Club. I also served as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Alice, Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Presbyterian Pan American School Board of Trustees, and currently serve as a Trustee of the Texas Presbyterian Foundation. My spouse, Bonnie Smith Whitley, and I have three children and six grandchildren.
