Born with a Swiss pocket knife, no silver spoon around.

I come from a middle class family. My father worked odd jobs, usually multiple at the same time. My mother was a hairdresser and worked evenings and weekends trying to provide for a family of six. We were taught to work hard and to figure things out - that's the Swiss pocket knife. One of the my first experiences was raising pigs for 4H. I worked extremely hard; hot summer days, covered in stink and dirt all for less than a hundred bucks (after I reimbursed my parents for their costs). But the sweet satisfaction of accomplishment is why I kept doing it year after year. Later on, I had to put myself through college. I worked two jobs at times, trying to pay for college and living expenses. It was tough, but receiving that diploma as a first generation graduate made it all worth it.

I became a financial advisor with Edward Jones in 2009. I quickly learned after graduating from Wichita State University in 2007 that I wanted to help individuals with their finances. My parents didn't plan ahead for themselves or us and I knew there had to be an easier way to plan for the future.

Over the years my clients dreams, goals and friendship have allowed me to understand what matters most. I value the trust and responsibility of handling their wealth. Planning for post high school education, retirement, legacy, building or selling a business or planning for the unexpected (life, disability, long term care insurance), we have partnered together throughout our clients' ever-changing lives. We value their trust and we strive to provide the best tailored advice we can, especially in challenging times.

Our clients are our family and we are looking to expand our family with individuals who need our help with their finances with a financial advisor they can trust. We take great pride in doing what is always right, understanding our clients' needs and goals and providing our clients the advise that is best for them.
