As a financial advisor, I believe it's important to invest my time helping individuals and business owners develop investment strategies geared toward their unique goals. My team is dedicated to establishing personal relationships, understanding our clients' needs, implementing tailored solutions and delivering exceptional service.

My passion for investing sparked from an interest in my own personal finance. Thanks to my parents, I started investing when I was in high school. Unfortunately, my financial advisor wasn't very good at keeping me informed throughout the years about what I was invested in and why. When I started my career in banking, I decided to finally pay attention to my personal investments. I quickly realized I was being underserved as a customer, and I was uneducated about my own money. I started to learn about investing and the process of planning for my own future and decided to transition my banking profession into a financial advisor career with Edward Jones.

I believe that financial strategies are the most important aspect of investing. This belief inspired me to obtain the AAMS™ professional designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2013. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 2005.

Outside of work, my husband, Sam, and I spend our time raising four wonderful children. Our family enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors in Jo Daviess County and beyond. Three of us love the beach and the other three prefer the ski slopes. It’s a perfect mix of travel for us.
