Comprehensive advice and planning

Client needs and expectations are constantly evolving. We're improving the lives of our clients by creating greater access to financial resources, education and guidance. By helping clients establish, grow, pass on, and give away their wealth, we will leave people and places better than we found them.

Helping more people

In addition to our core business, we’ve identified innovative ways to serve more clients more completely, especially as their needs and goals become more complex across health, family, purpose and finance.

Protecting our clients

Our financial advisors and client support team professionals — backed by a complete team of privacy and digital security experts — receive regular training in cybersecurity, privacy and fraud protection. They share this knowledge with clients to help keep them and their finances safe.

Serving deeply in Belleville, Michigan

Serving deeply means caring for more people, more completely. For our clients, we’re reaching new workplace audiences and leading with education.

First line of defense

Recently, a senior client requested several large withdrawals and was not forthcoming about the reason for the withdrawals. The branch contacted Senior Client Protection, which then involved the trusted contact, the client's daughter. The Senior Client Protection team worked to uncover that the client believed they had won a sweepstakes and were requesting withdrawals to pay the taxes. Through the quick and vigilant actions of our internal and external resources, the client's account was secured from additional withdrawals and a portion of the distributed funds were able to be recovered.

Empowering vets with Financial Fitness

In September, six Edward Jones financial advisors presented the Financial Fitness seminar, The Power of Budgeting, to veterans at a veteran resource event in Cary, North Carolina. Nearly 1,200 veterans attended the event, where 26 branch team members from three regions in Raleigh-Durham volunteered to provide critical financial education resources to these veterans.

Edward Jones Ventures

We established Edward Jones Ventures in early 2024 to identify, invest in and accelerate the development of innovative new tools and technologies that meet client needs and help us serve new client segments. We’re convening an ecosystem of like-minded partners, founders and innovators that can help us bring ideas to execution faster than we could alone. A sample of current investments includes Goalsetter®, a spending, saving, wealth building and financial education platform designed to provide financial education for the whole family.
