Our Impact
Teaming up
We’re moving beyond a one advisor, one client support team professional model to provide more flexibility, apprenticeship and succession planning for our financial advisors.
Investing in wellness
We’re taking care of our associates with new and innovative partnerships that seek to improve mental health support, cardiometabolic and nutrition resources, pharmaceutical benefits and at-home physical therapy solutions.
Growing together
Being a firm for all starts with our approach to hiring and extends through career development, and our day-to-day culture of ensuring every associate is heard and feels valued.
Better coaching leads to more wins
The Ted Jones Coaching Program provides field‐led, peer‐to‐peer coaching to help branch teams commit to and achieve performance excellence that leads to success in their business and the lives of their clients. The program was inspired by Ted Jones, the firm’s second managing partner, and created by veteran financial advisors who recognized the need for coaching and maintaining culture. Following the four cornerstones of the program — Culture, Alignment, Scalability and Intentionality — allows us to work in partnership, while staying grounded in the culture we help preserve.

Learning makes us stronger
In 2025, Edward Jones partnered with Guild to pilot a skills-based education initiative designed to expand access to career growth and support associates as their roles evolve. The pilot focused on high-priority skills such as project management, change management, business strategy and leadership. This investment in our teams is already paying dividends for our client support teams, and the pilot reflects Edward Jones’ commitment to building a culture of continuous learning, mobility and opportunity — creating countless ways for associates to upskill and grow their careers.

Navigating women’s health together
This past fall, more than 1,200 Edward Jones associates attended an in-person and virtual, expert-led panel discussion on the science and realities of menopause and perimenopause. Jennifer Kingston, Head of Business Human Capital, guided the discussion with care and clarity, enriching it with her personal experience. Panelists shared authentic stories, expert insights and practical tools to better understand the physical, emotional and professional impacts of menopause and perimenopause — for our clients, our colleagues, our loved ones and ourselves. The event helped outline for attendees that the best way to understand how these changes affect someone is by listening to their lived experiences.
