Being blessed by a wide array of personal and professional experiences has afforded me a broad perspective regarding how to best relate with and serve clients as an Edward Jones financial advisor. Establishing an enduring connection and delivering superb service depends largely on candid communication, mutual trust and a crystal-clear vision of the client's financial goals.

Earning a prospective customer's confidence, then nurturing the new partnership into a rewarding long-term alliance has always been my greatest professional joy. Creating such relationships and joy is my purpose for joining Edward Jones.

My process for developing lasting investor rapport integrates Edward Jones' 5-step process for identifying, approaching a client's financial needs along with my own strengths. These strengths include empathy, integrity, approachability, active listening and an unwavering commitment to serving the investor's needs – and only their needs.

Combining process with technique, I strive to always provide a congenial and consistent client experience. A client who knows what to expect from their financial advisor is probably a calm, engaged client. I look to create calm, engaged customer experiences, whether the interaction is an impromptu phone call, a web conference or in-office appointment.

Partnering with an Edward Jones financial advisor does not happen in a vacuum. I am tremendously fortunate to have a magnificent team in St. Louis watching my back on a daily basis.

At HQ, analysts and subject-matter specialists provide vital support. The headquarters associates are equally dedicated to delivering superior client service as the individual branch teams, my Dublin branch included. Customers are "priority one".

Whether they know it or not, investors often have their own support team as well. I look to collaborate with a customer's estate attorney, accountant, mortgage broker, etc. to offer a squad of professionals dedicated to their interests.

Outside my branch, I enjoy spending time with my family and trusty dog ("Murphy"), fly fishing, hiking, travel, reading, sampling food/wine and watching my beloved Philadelphia Flyers.

Thank you for the time and consideration.
