Is e-delivery secure?

At Edward Jones, security of your personal information is not something we take lightly. We will never send your account documents via e-mail. Instead, you'll be notified when you can view your documents on our secure website, Account Access. When you choose e-delivery, you also avoid paper mail getting in the wrong hands or important information being lost in a fire, flood or other natural disaster.

How to get started with e-delivery

  • You must be enrolled in Account Access to get e-delivery. 
  • After logging into Account Access: Click on "Documents," then "Delivery Options" to specify the accounts and document types you want via e-delivery.

*Not all industry shareholder documents are available electronically.
