Kyle Harpin is a senior retirement analyst on the Edward Jones Advice & Planning Research team. The team develops and communicates the firm's guidance on financial strategies in the areas of retirement, tax, education, protection, and estate planning.
In his current role, Kyle specializes in retirement strategies with an emphasis on clients living in retirement. Earlier in his role, he developed guidance on cash and debt management, short-term goals, and saving for education.
Kyle joined Edward Jones in 2010 through the firm's Rotational Development Program, where he gained broad experience across multiple trading desks before joining Municipal Bond Trading. He later transitioned to Fixed Income Research, where he served as an analyst for six years prior to joining the Advice & Planning Research team in 2019.
Kyle graduated summa cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2014 and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2019.
