It's being designed for investors earlier in their financial journeys – whether starting a family, buying a home or inheriting wealth.
These clients value personalized, digital-first experiences with the flexibility to access professional guidance when and how they need it.
Helping investors improve financial fulfillment:
According to recent research from Edward Jones and Gallup, only 5% of Gen Z and 10% of Millennials are financially fulfilled.
"Younger investors are redefining financial fulfillment, and Edward Jones is focused on meeting them where they are by developing an offering that will empower clients to navigate financial decisions with confidence," said Ryan Robson, Principal, Edward Jones. "We believe this model will help younger investors – and any investors who value a hybrid advice experience – to start earlier, stay consistent and build flexible financial strategies that evolve with their lives."
The initial phase will help the firm test, learn and evolve to deliver the best possible experience when the offering is made available more broadly in mid-2027.
Edward Jones has also expanded financial education, tools and support through the workplace, which is often the first-place individuals are introduced to investing.
