Helping people has always been a passion of mine. My career with Edward Jones has offered me the opportunity to work with families for over 26 years.
To pursue this passion, I completed an undergraduate degree in psychology and an MBA with an emphasis in finance. I decided to join Edward Jones when I saw firsthand how another Edward Jones financial advisor helped my parents with their financial needs. Since then, I have attained my designation as an AAMS® and serve on our regional leadership team.
My greatest satisfaction in my career is seeing my clients reach their financial goals of sending their children or grandchildren to college, retiring comfortably after a long career or by fulfilling a meaningful legacy. Our office works closely with each individual client to understand what is truly important to them and to build a systematic and tailored approach towards their goals.
My branch office administrator is Lorraine Harrison who has worked with clients in my office for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and eager to help service our clients' investment needs.
On a personal note, my family has deep roots in Vicksburg with my family living in Vicksburg for over four generations. My wife is an educator in the public-school system. Our daughter is married and living in Houston, TX, and our son is a civil engineering major at Mississippi State University.
My hobbies are running, cycling, kayaking and historic preservation. Currently, I am on the board of directors for Vicksburg Mainstreet Program, and we recently restored our office building in the downtown historic district. I also serve on a committee that plans a 22-mile Kayak race down the mighty Mississippi River. The proceeds from the race are invested back in our community through a local charity known as Service over Self.
If you don't have a financial strategy or would like to review your current one, we offer complimentary consultations and would welcome the opportunity to hear from you.
