Growing up, my father taught me the value of showing up for others. When I became a financial advisor, I was able to connect that purpose with my career. I know everyone's story is as unique as their goals, so it's my job to listen first. I don't have any right to give someone guidance without understanding where they're coming from.
I specialize in helping clients with complex financial needs, those concerned with multi-generational planning, clients who have lost a spouse or loved one, and those who are navigating a divorce.
In addition to my work as a financial advisor, I also serve in a voluntary leadership role at Edward Jones. In my role, I work to foster the growth of diversity, equity and inclusion in our firm across seven states. My leadership goal is to show up for others within the firm, just as I do for my clients.
I earned my B.A. from the University of Louisville and my MBA from Webster University. Denise, my branch team support member, earned her B.A. from Indiana University Southeast. I began my Edward Jones career in 2005, becoming a limited partner for the first time in 2015, with Denise becoming a limited partner in 2019. Denise and I have served clients together since 2014.
I was awarded the inaugural Spirit of Caring award at Edward Jones, which exemplifies the values, culture and spirit of giving back. In 2022, Denise and I earned the A.F. McKenzie award for exceptional achievement in building client relationships.
My family is the most important thing to me, and my ultimate why. I want the world I leave behind for them to be better for the work I have done in it. I am lucky enough to be with my high school sweetheart and love of my life. I have three incredible children ranging in ages from college to pre-K, who help keep me grounded and focused.
I strive to ensure that all of our clients and potential clients feel heard, understood, informed and in control. I am here to help.
