Growing up on a dairy farm in central Wisconsin, I learned the value of hard work and saving for a rainy day. My neighbors and friends were consistently looking out for each other. We helped each other with chores when help was needed. No one had to ask.

It was that sense of paying it forward that has been one of my guiding principles. When I was a client of Edward Jones, my financial advisor always guided me in the right direction. That inspired me to pursue a career with Edward Jones as a financial advisor.

My ideal clients are people that have thoughtful long-term goals and have the discipline to attain their dreams. I help my clients by understanding and organizing their financial lives. We work together to prioritize their goals such as preparing or living in retirement, preparing for college, or estate and legacy considerations. No two people are the same, so solutions are tailored to each person.

Prior to working for Edward Jones, I was in the construction industry. I was an owner/operator of a successful lumber yard. I have a degree in architectural design and have always been eager to solve problems with meaningful solutions. I continue to have a curiosity to learn new things and a deep desire to help people.

I am a father of three boys and have been fortunate to have married my best friend. I am currently a member of the Fall Creek Lions Club and served many organizations in the past. I tend to focus my energy on one or two organizations at a time, so they get the best of me.
