With over 18 years of experience as a financial advisor, I oversee the financial strategies of a select group of families and small businesses primarily in Arizona and New York, but throughout the country as well.
My path to becoming a financial advisor goes back to childhood, where I grew up in a blue-collar household (my father was a police officer, and my mother was a maid). My parents divorced when I was young, and I saw firsthand the struggles that could go along with improper planning and/or sudden life events. In an effort to avoid those same struggles, I worked four jobs throughout college to help pay my tuition (including a position in my hometown police department), then decided to pursue a career where I could help others effectively reach their own goals.
When working with me, clients can expect honesty, integrity and consistency. My approach involves helping teach clients financial fundamentals, and focusing on doing the ‘little things right’ to increase the overall probability for long-term success. I work primarily with pre-retirees and/or small business owners, in an effort to help put them in the best position to successfully get to and through retirement.
Prior to joining Edward Jones in 2015, I worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for 14 years. I’m convinced Edward Jones provides me the best opportunity to provide the high level of service I demand for my clients.
My wife, Tracy, and I live in Scottsdale, AZ with our daughters, Ava and Violet. Being a husband and father has truly been one of life's biggest blessings.
I am honored to serve on committees for the Pat Tillman Foundations and my church (Prince of Peace); have volunteered with the Big Brother Big Sister organization; raise funds annually for the Roswell Park Cancer Research Center; and serve meals at a local homeless shelter several times each month.
I’ve been fortunate to receive many blessings in life, and feel it's my responsibility to give back in any way I can.
