As a former teacher, I challenged my students with that motto and to dig deeper to find their passion; to find their "why". As an educator and financial advisor, my passion is to educate and help families achieve their long-term goals. Every meeting is focused around understanding what is important to you. By understanding this, I am able to partner with you to come up with tailored strategies to help accomplish your goals.

We focus on serving retirees, veterans, divorcees, widows/widowers and those who have received an inheritance. In order to approach your strategy holistically, we also partner with your CPA, estate attorney and other professionals.

Our branch team is comprised of myself and branch office administrator, Miki Simms. Miki and I work closely to make sure all details pertaining to account administration are carried out accurately. By having this partnership, we are able to provide a cohesive branch experience.

Service and giving back are important to our practice. We participate in a variety of events throughout the year with Junior Achievement and the Alzheimer's Association. I also actively support the Moanalua High School Music Department and fund a yearly scholarship for the graduating seniors.

When I am not in the office, I look forward to spending time with my family - my supportive wife, Kelli, our daughter, Ayako, and our Jack Russell Terrier, Abby. We love to cook together, spend time outdoors and travel the world.
