Achieving goals and dreams takes consistency, a clear head and the persistence to seek out fresh solutions, even as situations change. As an Edward Jones financial advisor, it’s my joy to bring these qualities—along with my passion for building lasting relationships, and even friendships—as I help my clients achieve their financial goals.

I was fortunate to have had mentors who encouraged me on this path, from earning my bachelor's degree at Campbell University through 20 years in healthcare accounting, including a CFO role in the hospital setting.

While I loved my years in corporate, helping people one at a time was where I found the greatest fulfillment—mentoring staff members, or helping co-workers with financial questions. So, in 2009, even as I earned my MBA in healthcare administration and finance, I transitioned to the role of financial advisor.

My belief is that it’s critical that I invest the time to understand what you’re working towards, before you ever invest money. Then, along with your accountant, attorney and other professionals, I’ll be able to help provide strategies that offer the most options for you and your family.

In addition to client work, being active in my community always helps me continue to learn, grow and give back. I’m active in the Chatham Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board of directors and on the Chatham YMCA board of directors, as well as being involved in other organizations.

I’m also proud to have received many Edward Jones honors: The Spirit of Partnership award in 2011 and 2012; Field Trainer award in 2013; the Talent Acquisition Recognition and Top Talent Acquisition awards in 2014; and four-time Edward Jones Sr. Founders Achievement award winner.

When you call our office, my branch office administrators, Kippir Westbrook and Barb Palmer, with over 14 years’ experience, will help provide you with unparalleled service. I hope you’ll call us to explore working together, at a time that’s convenient for you.
