I began my Edward Jones career in 2005 as a financial advisor, opening a branch office in Belton, TX.
My career at Edward Jones has included multiple volunteer positions benefiting my fellow financial advisors. I have served as a performance leader, recruiting leader, Class Leader for Developing Leadership Presence and have been a visiting veteran at our home office in St. Louis, MO.
In the community, I am a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International, booster for the Bell County Youth Fair and a board member for Pendleton Water Supply
I earned a bachelor's degree from The University of Mary Hardin Baylor in 1994. I later earned my master's degree from UMHB in 2001. I served in the United States Air Force for 30 years and retired in 2014 as a Chief Master Sergeant.
I also hold the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) professional designation. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board’s requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board’s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
