I began my career as an Edward Jones financial advisor in January 2008. It was during the Great Recession that I cut my teeth, and learned firsthand how to help protect my clients' assets and develop long-lasting relationships. Those years left an indelible impression on both me and my clients – we survived and continue to flourish.

Today, I continue to enjoy developing long-term relationships, especially with new clients, to help them build wealth, live generously and leave a legacy. I do this by putting my clients' interests first. I believe it is important to invest my time in understanding your situation and your financial goals before you invest your money. Simply put, I want to know what is important to you. Once we've identified your goals, I use an established process to build a customized financial strategy to help you meet those goals. I partner with you throughout your life to help ensure you stay on track and make adjustments when necessary or when life takes an unexpected turn.

I grew up in Southern Indiana and graduated from Purdue University (home of basketball legend, Coach John Wooden!). I have two very spoiled pups named Jake and Henri – the loves of my life! When I am not working, I enjoy hiking. In fact, this spring I am embarking on my greatest adventure to date... I am hiking 170 of the 500-mile Camino de Santiago that begins in Southern France and concludes in Santiago, Spain. I also enjoy participating in 5 and 10K road races, reading (especially WWII history) and traveling.

Giving back to my community is a part of my life as well. I am active in the Summit Woods Baptist Church where I participate in the choir and volunteer with the membership outreach ministry and various miscellaneous requests. I am also an active member with the Kansas City Chapter of the American Pilgrims On the Camino.
