I help my clients review their options to plan for retirement, often working with the client’s accountant, attorney and other professionals to develop a suitable investment strategy .
One area of focus is working with those going through a life transition after losing a spouse to death or divorce. Such life circumstances create unique financial challenges, as I know from personal experience. I appreciate the opportunity to serve as a sounding board about the concerns these clients have and help develop a strategy for their future that considers their desired lifestyle as well as options for reducing debt and minimizing tax burden.
My three children and I are long-time residents of the Des Plaines and Mount Prospect area in the Chicago suburbs. I am active in the Kiwanis Club of Des Plaines, the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce and the Federal Reserve Bank’s Money Smart Week. I am past president of Prospect Band Boosters and the Forest View PTO.
I earned my MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
I work with my long-time branch partner, Vivian, to find convenient times in our clients’ busy schedules to meet face-to-face so we can develop the personal relationships important to truly understanding each person’s needs, priorities and financial goals.
