With experience as a tutor, teaching assistant and substitute during my college years, I fully expected to follow the path towards a career in education. When I started at The College of William and Mary, my love of mathematics led me to pursue a degree in the subject. After exploring new subject areas as a freshman, my focus changed. I was able to fulfill my love of math, foreign languages and travel by double majoring in economics and Middle Eastern studies. I received the biggest surprise of my life when God led me into a career with Edward Jones. As I've worked with clients over the years, I've realized that my most important role is as an educator, so God knew best. For those families and businesses that trust me with their financial goals, I'm able to educate them about how to have a responsible relationship with their money.
This is my ninth year with Edward Jones. I am passionate about my career and consider my youth to be one of my biggest assets. Instead of retiring with my clients, I look forward to seeing them through retirement and continuing to be a resource when they need me the most. The focuses in our office are customer service, client-centered solutions and confidentiality. Michelle Churchill is my fabulous branch office administrator; she's worked for Edward Jones for 14 years. Our goal is providing an optimal client experience through our commitment to customer service.
I enjoy making a positive impact in the community through volunteerism. I am on the Advisory Council at the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club. I also have the opportunity to be a part of the leadership team at my church and to sing in our praise team. My husband and I prioritize travel in our spare time. We love to go places we've never been and explore nature and culture while sampling local cuisine. I also have a healthy obsession with football. Go Pack Go!
