Growing up on a farm in rural Indiana taught me the value of hard work, the importance of a solid work ethic and how important it is to be patient. I have carried those lessons with me throughout my life.

I have worked in many industries throughout my career; however, the one that has had the most impact on my life was working as a retail store manager. My district manager left the company to become a financial advisor with Edward Jones. I remember how excited he was to be starting a new chapter. Shortly after, I became one of his clients.

Several years later, I found myself looking at making a career change. The ability to make a difference in people's lives has always been my "why". I began to think about how I could make more of an impact on the lives of my family, friends and the community. I mentioned this to my financial advisor who talked to me about the Edward Jones opportunity. What a great way to make a difference. I began to explore the opportunity and "the rest is history".

The relationship I built over time with my financial advisor helped me prioritize my financial goals and put me on the path toward achieving them. I believe in working with my clients the same way. My process of building relationships with my clients begins by asking questions to find out what is important to you – learning about the goals you want to achieve and understanding your comfort level with risk. We will partner together to build a strategy to help track and achieve your goals and lay the foundation for a long-lasting partnership. I have always believed that whatever I do must add value to those around me.

My husband and I love spending time with family and friends and traveling. A few of my hobbies are gardening, cooking, baking, hockey, football and auto racing. I'm an amateur photographer, and one of my favorite subjects is Remy, my kid with four paws.

I hold the series 7 and 66 registrations, life and health insurance licenses and AAMS® and CRPC® professional designations.
