I lived in Runnels county for over 20 years, raising five children to adulthood. I am married to Tammy Gilbert, the love of my life. I am now blessed to have six precious grandchildren who help keep us young. I have served as an alderman for the City of Miles. I began working for Edward Jones in 2008.

Having seen many market cycles and varying needs of clients, I understand that there is no sound, cookie-cutter way to meet the needs of those I work with. Everyone comes from a different family background and has different needs and objectives. I want to get to know you, understand your family, your life experiences, your unique needs and goals and help you meet your objectives.

The reason I am in this business is to help others. Markets are sometimes difficult to navigate, and I want to be a rational voice in both good times and bad. My branch office administrator, Malinda Kelly, and I have grown this office through referrals. Our objective is to get to know you and earn your trust. We have found that when people get to know us, they often tell their friends about us.

After over a year of study and a seven-hour test, I attained the CFP® Certification in 2019. I will continue to meet the requirements to hold this designation and attained it to keep my sword sharp and enable me to better meet the needs of those who rely on me.
