When I was young, I balanced my mother's checkbook, reminded children at school that they needed to save some of their allowance and read the Wall Street Journal. The financial industry has always fascinated me from a very early age. As a woman, I am keenly aware of how important it is to have financial independence, no matter what your family dynamic.
Before joining Edward Jones in 2002, I worked for what was Boatman's Bank, now Bank of America. I joined Edward Jones because I wanted to have more of a personal relationship with my clients than banking alone could provide and wanted the autonomy of having my own practice.
I hold many professional designations, including the CFP®, AAMS®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®), and Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA®). I consistently add new designations to keep my knowledge fresh and relevant.
I have two branch office administrators: Michelle Lambert, who has been with the firm since 2002, and Jayme Kirby, who joined the firm 2013. Our female-led practice offers a level of service most people have not experienced elsewhere, and they handle all of our day-to-day administrative needs.
We are big on the little things and love what we do. We have an established process from start to finish for clients who want transparency and simplicity. We want to help you make your financial life easier, not harder.
I am married to my amazing spouse, Alyssa. We love our dog, Berkeley, and our cat, Decker. We spend much of our free time traveling or outdoors, cycling and hiking. We love to cook as well.
As a native Arkansan, I am very passionate about our community.
Personal relationships are key, and in my view, knowing our clients extremely well builds strong, lifelong relationships.
