My mission as an Edward Jones financial advisor is to provide education for my clients to make informed, sound financial decisions. There is often a lack of education around personal finances as we go through life and I believe my purpose is to help fill in those gaps. In order to meet my mission, I focus on providing an informative, honest and transparent experience.

Every client has a unique situation with their own personal values and financial needs – I take the time to get to know you and to fully understand those unique goals and priorities. I can create a personalized strategy that helps address your needs. Then, we will partner together over your life to monitor your progress and help keep you on track.

Prior to my career at Edward Jones, I spent over nine years working for Fortune 500 companies as an accountant and financial analyst. Much of that career was spent analyzing and identifying where money could be best spent or allocated. During that time, I spent seven years volunteering for an organization that helped families with tax returns and financial coaching. It was through this volunteer experience that I realized my true passion and calling.

I was raised by parents that have owned their own business for over 40 years and I have a passion for working with entrepreneurs and business owners. I have witnessed the challenges and rewards of owning your own business and I value their contributions to the jobs and economies within our communities.

On a personal note, I enjoy golf, mountain biking, guitar, my parent's cabin, traveling and hiking with my fiancée, and spending time with family and friends. I have a degree in music from the University of St. Thomas and degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University. It took getting a degree in music for me to realize music was a hobby and numbers and people are my everyday passion.

While it is widely known that simply possessing money does not bring happiness, it is my motivation to positively impact your financial situation, in the present day and into the future, so that you have the means to focus on the parts of your life that do, in fact, bring you joy and happiness.
