What I like most about working at Edward Jones is being able to work together with clients to achieve their long-term goals and help them stay on track throughout their lifetime. As an Edward Jones financial advisor, when working with clients and prospects, it's important to understand their level of risk and their comfort with investing. Knowing what's important to them (i.e. 401(k) plans, IRAs, investment accounts, estate considerations, preparing for the "unexpected" and 529 college accounts) is the first step to developing their specific strategy.

My passion is to help clients reach their dreams and long-term goals and to be the best financial advisor I can be. One of the many lessons I learned from my Dad is to be true to your word, always give a firm handshake and a smile. When you tell someone that you are going to do something, then do it. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Work hard and show respect to everyone and most of all, be honest in everything you do.

My family is one of the most important things in my life. My wife, Teresa, shares my passion for helping people with their financial goals; she is also a financial advisor with Edward Jones. I have a son, Justin, who is a business owner in Danville and a CPA.

I have two business partners, Shirley Tapp, Senior Branch Office Administrator, and Ketrina McIlvoy, Branch Office Administrator. Together, they have over 60 years of professional experience. We work together to provide the most ideal client experience and we are fortunate to serve the Danville/Boyle and surrounding communities.

I earned my AAMS™ professional designation. I hold my FINRA Series 7 and 66 registration as well as my Life Accident and Health Insurance Agent License. I've held multiple leadership roles with Edward Jones. I attended Boyle County and Eastern Kentucky University.
