I came to Edward Jones in the fall of 2007 and quickly realized how much people needed the value we provided. I helped clients walk through one of the toughest recessions of 2008 in which we came out on the other side, helping them stay focused on their dreams. In that moment, I realized I was able to use my experience as a teacher and a coach to help families stayed focused and disciplined on what mattered most to them. I have now served the Ruston community with Edward Jones since 2015.

As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe it’s important to invest my time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. Working closely with you and your CPA, estate attorney and other professionals, I can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family. I can also help with your retirement savings strategy, so you have more options when you retire, regardless of what you decide to do.

I earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches where I met my wife, Linzie, through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Linzie was a cross country runner while I played football. Linzie and I have five children (Hallie, Owen, Abram, Amelie and Bobby) and have lived in Ruston since 2011. Active in the community, I am the former president of the Rotary Club of Ruston, a member of The Bridge Community Church and a member of the Piney Hills Triathlon Club. We also volunteer coach with the Choudrant Elementary cross-country teams.

My senior branch office administrators, Pam Leachman and Wanda Cassel, have over 25 years of combined experience and are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service possible. Please don’t hesitate to call on them with questions concerning your statement, dividends, stock certificates or your account in general.

At Edward Jones, we’re focused on you. The firm has thousands of people and advanced technology supporting our office so that we can help you reach your long-term financial goals. We help you plan, protect and pass on what is most important to you.
