Those who know me well say that I was 'born to run,' as I started in high school and haven't stopped! A Division 1 Cross-Country scholarship took me to Creighton University in Omaha, then I continued down the path to a Master of Science degree. But as much as I loved running and sports, a finance class sparked an interest that sent me in a different direction: the financial services industry.
My finance professor suggested Edward Jones to me. I look back on that as some of the best 'financial advice' ever, because it led me to another passion – helping others achieve their own financial and retirement goals.
I want to know what makes YOU run. Then, I want to partner with you to help you get there. As a CFP® professional since 2009 and an avid history buff, I approach your situation as unique to you, with your history and goals, combined with lessons learned from studying our financial markets and the CFP® focus on professionalism and ethics.
While my vocation is vitally important to me, I don't believe life should be run on a treadmill. I enjoy my daily gym workout and outdoor run, reading history, playing golf, sports and traveling with my family. I am a member of the St. Peters Rotary and my Parish Finance Committee.
My beautiful wife, Chrissi, is the Asst. Director of Outpatient Services at St. Luke's. She and I have run in the Chicago and New York Marathons, and I completed the Boston run. We are usually training for the next big event and our goal is to make it to the Berlin Marathon.
Our home is busy with two grown (and growing) boys, Aidan and Hunter, and two dogs adding to the mayhem. Chloe is a Chesapeake-something rescue, and Nika is a German Shepherd puppy. Her penchant for eating furniture and pool covers keeps everyone on their toes!
My branch partner, Amy, and I look forward to helping you build personalized strategies on your road to financial well-being. Please call us at 636-255-0217 to get started!
