Immediately after graduating from college in 2001, I became a financial advisor for Edward Jones, certain that the firm's one of a kind business model and excellent reputation was right for me.
Client knowledge is very important to me, as I am happy to explain investments in easy to understand language on an individual basis, as well as hosting educational workshops throughout the year. The most important thing my clients need to know about me is that I put in the time and energy necessary to earn their trust and confidence, even after strategies are created. I also have extensive experience assisting business owners in managing their retirement plans and their accompanying complex investment needs.
I earned my bachelor's degree from North Central College in Naperville, IL. I hold the AAMS® designation, which I obtained in 2006.
I previously served as chairman of the board of the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was named the chamber's 2010 Ambassador of the Year. I was the council chair for First United Methodist Church of Elmhurst and was appointed and served on the Elmhurst Economic Development Commission and the Elmhurst Jaycees. I have also volunteered for PADS and Habitat for Humanity. I was past president of The York & Vallette Business Association and have served on the North Central College Alumni Board.
My wife, Christine, also an Edward Jones advisor, and I live in Elmhurst with our children Allison, Mallory, Tyler and Jillian. I am a Chicago sports fan and when I have the opportunity, you can find me cheering on the Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks and Bulls. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, bowling and golf. Additionally, I like to travel with my family at least once a year to different locations.
