I grew up on my family farm in Jersey County, that my wife Susan and I own today. I joined the Edward Jones team in 1998 as a financial advisor and have been in financial services since 1980, when I worked for the agribusiness firm Farmland Securities. I also hold the AAMS® professional designation. These experiences teach long-term vision, flexibility and tailored solutions with a personal touch that I use every day.
I have built my business on treating clients the way I want to be treated, which aligns with Edward Jones as a company. During my Edward Jones training, instructors would ask, "Is this what you would want someone to present to your father, mother, wife or you?" I am guided by that same question today.
I focus on serving the financial needs of serious, long-term investors of all ages and financial means. Whether investing for retirement, your children or grandchildren's education, or just trying to protect the financial future of the ones you care for the most, every strategy I offer and every solution I recommend is executed only after understanding what matters most to you. Then after your goals are identified, I develop strategies to work toward achieving these targets.
I will then continue to partner with you and work together with you to keep you on track. A one-size-fits all approach isn't always the best for every investor, so I will tailor a strategy that best fits your needs so I can provide the ideal client experience for you.
My branch team includes Matt Wonsil, who has assisted me since 2003 and is dedicated to providing you the same level of service as I do.
