As your financial advisor, one of my most valuable services is providing an objective opinion. After working so hard for your money, deciding what to do with it naturally involves emotion. Sometimes that emotion can motivate you in helpful ways, but other times, it can obscure your view of alternative options. I can help.
I often compare managing your finances to driving a car. When you don’t have clear directions or get lost, it causes anxiety. By partnering with me, you have a navigator to constantly evaluate your current location and your destination goal, helping avoid detours and unnecessary bumps along the way. By focusing on what we can control and planning ahead, we can minimize uncertainty, maximize efficiency and plan alternate routes in case of emergency.
I was inspired to become a financial advisor by watching my parents. They worked incredibly hard for many years, and they partnered with an advisor very early on to plan for retirement. By being so targeted in their financial goals, they were able to retire before age 60 and have spent every day since with their grandchildren — their ultimate joy in later life. I want to help people prepare and plan to create a future with the same joy and financial security.
Our office serves individual investors in the D.C. area and a few out-of-state clients. We focus on helping investors understand the rationale and strategy behind each step so they can feel empowered and secure in their financial decisions. Our office has a wealth of collective experience that we’re proud to share with our clients — my 15 years of experience as well as CFP® certification and the ChFC® and AAMS™ designations, and our Branch Office Administrator, Teresa Cabotaje, has over 30 years in the industry.
We invite clients to meet with us in person or via Zoom, whatever is most comfortable.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my wife, three children and our dog, especially outdoors. The kids are finally old enough to leave the stroller behind and explore regional parks and lakes. We’re also avid Philadelphia sports fans.
