Raised in Maple Valley, WA, I began my Edward Jones career in 2013 as an on-call branch office administrator, supporting branches throughout Washington state. In 2015, after completing my studies at Gonzaga University, I moved to St. Louis, MO to work in our home office's solutions coaching and consultation department. In June 2020, I followed my passion for helping others by returning to the Seattle area to work directly with clients to help them achieve their most important financial goals.
My priority is to understand what is most important to my clients. I use an established process to offer personalized solutions designed to meet each client's unique needs and I partner with my clients throughout their lives to help keep them on track to reach their goals.
In 2019, I earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board’s requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board’s Fitness Standards, agree to abide by the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
In 2020, I earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation. Candidates for the ChFC® designation must complete a minimum of eight college-level courses and 18 hours of supervised examinations. They must also fulfill stringent experience and ethics requirements and participate in continuing education to maintain professional recertification. Since its inception in 1982, the credential has been widely regarded as a premier standard of knowledge and trust for financial planning professionals.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running and yoga. I also enjoy volunteering with organizations focused on providing support for people who are homeless or in need safe, affordable housing.
