For nearly twenty years, I have invested my time in understanding what people are working toward before they invest their money.
One-size-fits-all may be fine for some investors, but we believe investments should be tailored to your needs. The financial world can sometimes seem like foreign territory; I can work one-on-one with you to help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family.
My team and I have built our business by treating our clients as we would want to be treated, a simple idea that still makes sense in today¿s complex marketplace. I started as a financial advisor with Edward Jones in 2002 and became a limited partner with Edward Jones in 2015. I currently lead the field-based training of new financial advisors in the Metro New York Market.
I have earned the following professional designations:
AAMS® Designation: The College for Financial Planning awards the AAMS® designation to individuals who successfully complete a 12-module professional education program, pass a final examination, commit to its code of ethics and agree to pursue continuing education.
CFP® Certification: The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board¿s requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board¿s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP Board¿s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
I have been married to Dr. Maria Zapson for over 20 years and we have one child attending the Katonah Lewisboro School District, and one who graduated from there.
