I have spent most of my career in the financial services industry and have spent the last 11 years with a firm I love, Edward Jones. I previously worked at JPMorgan Chase for eight years, and I also managed retail bank branches for National City Bank (now known as PNC) prior to that.
In 1994, I received my undergraduate degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, and a double-minor in business and art. In 2001, I went on to pursue my MBA (Master of Business Administration) and that graduate degree was conferred in 2003.
I've been consistently involved in my local community since I moved here with my family in 1997. I've served as a past board member for the local United Way chapter and was a liaison to the Salvation Army as well. I served as past president of the board for Hopewell Industries and was a past president/vice president for the Kiwanis Club of Coshocton, where I still serve as a board member. I was treasurer for the Kiwanis Club for seven years and I am currently a trustee for the local Kiwanis Foundation. I currently serve as a board member on the Coshocton City Health Board, as well as volunteering with the Coshocton Port Authority, and am also heavily involved in various ministries through my local church. I am a 2009 graduate of Leadership Coshocton.
I am blessed with a loving family - my wife, Angie, and two adult daughters, Alexis and Madison. Both were married in the summer of 2017, allowing me to gain two great sons-in-law. We also welcomed our first grandchild, Malachi, in June 2020.
I count it a privilege to serve Coshocton and the surrounding area. I have a passion for helping my clients navigate all that planning for retirement and living in retirement entails. I plan to continue building my practice here in our community for many years to come.
