As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe in taking time to find out what goals are most important to you. We then use our established process to build a personalized strategy to help you obtain your goals. Our process is most effective with the serious, long-term investor. With services ranging from planning for retirement and saving for college to wealth transfer, we offer experienced, capable individualized service to help you with all of your needs.
I began my career with Edward Jones in 1999. Prior to working for Edward Jones, I spent 10 years in the insurance industry.
My educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I hold the AAMS® (Accredited Asset Management Specialist™)*, Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®)** and CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) designations from the College for Financial Planning.
My wife of 24 years, Renee, and I live in Glenburn with our two dogs, Libby and Pandora. Our daughter, Emily, is a nursing student at Penn State. In my spare time, I enjoy motorcycle riding, hunting and attending sporting events.
My branch office administrator, Brenda, and I look forward to learning what's important to you and working with you to help you achieve it.
* The College for Financial Planning awards the AAMS® designation to individuals who successfully complete a 12-module professional education program, pass a final examination, commit to its code of ethics and agree to pursue continuing education.
**The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board’s requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board’s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
