I never planned on being a single mom.

When this reality became my obvious road, I cut the cast off of my broken foot and got a second job to support myself and my two young girls.

I always knew that I'd move on from the service industry when my kids got older, and one day, a great friend saw something in me that I hadn't yet seen in myself. I was presented with the opportunity to work toward becoming a financial advisor, and I went for it.

That was in May of 2004, and I have never regretted this amazing career.

In 2006, I married my best friend, Steve, and we moved our blended family of six to Scotts Valley. I have enjoyed being very active in the community, and often donate my time to Scotts Valley Schools. In my spare time, I perform with two local bands.

I joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor in 2010, opening the second branch office in Scotts Valley.

Angie Schieffer, our senior branch office administrator, completed the team when she joined in 2014. She brings 32 years of experience in medical office management. Angie also lives in Scotts Valley with her husband, Steve.
