As a kid, I was great at saving money, but I had no clue about investing. I started to look into investing after two years of working corporate life, thinking "how much do I need to save to retire at 55, because I don't know how much longer I can take this." With that I began my saving career with Edward Jones, and eventually my exit from big corporate life to be come an Edward Jones financial advisor myself.
I started my career with Edward Jones in 2004 because I wanted to have a meaningful career with a family-friendly company in my local community. I find great purpose in helping people save for their life goals, but more importantly that I help them get a great return on life.
I love to explain investing in easy to understand, funny analogies, which is why I have milk cows sitting on my desk. It is all about how much milk the cow gives you, not how fat she is.
Originally from St. Charles, MI, I moved to the area in 2003. My husband, Luke, and I have three amazing kids. They are all their own rays of sunshine, and I am so thankful I get to be their mom. If you are at any of their sporting events, basketball, golf, cross country, track, swimming or football, I am the proud, short, loud blond cheering on the side line, all good stuff!
My branch office administrator, Susi, is my right-hand lady here running the branch, and she is the nicest, smartest person to call for anything we can help you with at the branch. She and Matt have three wonderful smart kids who also attend Williamston Schools.
As your Edward Jones branch team, Susi and I work hard to understand what matters most to you, so you feel understood, informed, in control and secure. We take a holistic approach and work with your tax and legal professionals.
Call the office for an appointment to see if we are the branch team for you and if you are a good fit to work with us.
