As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe it’s crucial to invest my time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. Working closely with you, your CPA, estate attorney and other professionals, I can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family. We help those seeking financial independence as well as navigating the complexities on the journey to get there and stay there.
I was born in Europe (former Yugoslavia), had the pleasure of living in Spain for eight years and finally arrived to the land of opportunities - The United States of America. In 2010, I joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor with an office in Palatine, IL, with relationships in 20 other states due to our virtual capabilities and because we're able to deliver the high level of financial coaching required, even if it is virtual. I have served the firm in leadership roles focused on mentoring talented financial advisors and as a field trainer to train new financial advisors.
I earned my bachelor's degree in accounting from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. In addition, I received the AAMS® professional designation in 2013.
My wife and I reside in Chicago with our son (Giovanni-5), daughter (Bianca- <1) and Berne-doodle (Peter-Parker- 1), and you can find us biking, roaming the different parks or planning family trips to Southwest Michigan to explore nature. I am an active member of the community, serving as membership chair for the Kiwanis of Palatine and as a member of the Palatine Chamber of Commerce. I have mentored young entrepreneurs at Winston Junior High School and enjoy serving as a volunteer at Feed My Starving Children and Senior Assisted Living facilities. Lastly, I am fluent in Spanish, as well as Serbo-Croatian, which are communities that value professional and trustworthy financial advice.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, cycling, soccer, wine, healthy-living and collecting coins and maps of destinations my family and I have visited.
At Edward Jones, we believe that relationships are key, and proactively communicating builds strong relationships. We meet when it’s convenient for our clients because we recognize the challenging needs of their businesses and family lives.
