I was a mortgage lender for over 10 years in the Quad Cities, and I knew I wanted to grow professionally, as well as be able to work with clients for the long term. Joining Edward Jones as a financial advisor was the next logical step in my career. I enjoy the opportunity to partner with individual investors to create and implement strategies that work toward specific goals set by my clients. Whether it's planning for retirement, saving for children’s college tuition or just trying to protect the financial future of the ones that we care the most, we will take the time to identify each goal and develop an appropriate strategy to address it. I also coordinate and work in tandem with other professionals including CPAs, estate planning attorneys and life insurance specialists to help ensure my client’s needs are met. After being in the financial services industry for over 10 years, I have found that my clients really appreciate the time that I take to educate them on the strategies and investments we will be using, which in turn, helps them feel more comfortable when making decisions.
Outside the office, you can find me with my wife and three active children. Lindsay and I were married in 2008 and moved to the Quad Cities the same year. Our two boys, Max and Kasen, love baseball, basketball, soccer, Cub Scouts, piano, fishing and riding their bikes all over our neighborhood. Our little girl, Londyn, loves to try to keep up with her older brothers and bounce in the trampoline, and is learning new words every day. I am active in coaching youth baseball and leading Cub Scouts. We attend St John’s United Methodist Church and I have served on committees such as Staff Parish Relations Committee and Foundation Committee.
My branch office administrator, Kristi Johnson, came to my team with 20 years' experience from a local credit union. She has a loving husband and four children along with two beautiful grandchildren. Kristi supports Make a Wish and Special Olympics.
