Master List disclosure

Important information:

R.J. Shook, Founder and President of Shook® Research, authored a book called The Masters List which features an Edward Jones Financial Advisor (FA). Additionally, the book has a foreword written by John McDonough, Head of Americas Distribution, Invesco. Neither Edward Jones or the Edward Jones FA have provided compensation to Shook® Research or Invesco to be featured in the book. Details of existing compensation and conflicts are disclosed below about the relationship between Edward Jones, Shook® Research, and Invesco.

Shook Research provides research to Forbes for FA and firm awards which Edward Jones or their FAs may receive. Edward Jones may compensate Forbes for using, not obtaining, an award.

Invesco and Edward Jones are in a contractual relationship in which Edward Jones registered representatives ("Financial Advisors or FAs") may solicit the sale of Invesco products and services to their current and/or prospective clients. Edward Jones Financial Advisors may receive compensation on transaction-based charges, asset-based fees, distribution and/or service fees (12b-1 fees), trail commissions, and profit & loss credits based on these solicitations. Edward Jones may also receive additional compensation for the ongoing sale and servicing of Invesco products and services in the form of revenue sharing and shareholder accounting fees. These compensation practices may create a potential conflict of interest to the extent that this may cause the Firm or our Financial Advisors to prefer Invesco products and services over other product partners' products and services.
