2025 PIC - Serving deeply in Atlanta, Georgia

Video Transcript

You know, I think it's about choice, Alright?

So, I think for almost a hundred years, you really only had one business model to work at Edward Jones, and I think we are expanding those options, and it's allowing us to look at different things and saying, 'how can we partner, use each other's skills, different ideas, and really work together in a new way?'

We started talking about the possibility of, thinking about sharing space - She mentioned, I think we should talk to Rob and DaVaul. DaVaul had an office that was fairly nearby, and it made sense logistically. And as I got to know Rob and DaVaul, I thought, this foursome has got something.

When you walk in, whether it's when you first get here or when you're leaving, someone's on the phone driving new business or trying to help a client out, so it motivates just [now] serving our clients.

It's about how can we serve each other and show that we love each other genuinely as people, and that's what I think this this office done for us. It has really gave us the opportunity to show how much we care about each other, to help us get to our goals.

We all have our own ways. We have different types of clients that we enjoy working with. Perhaps the way we go about approaching the business we do with our clients is different, And that's okay.

Rob gives like just all the positive joy and reinforcement and energy. I would say DaVaul is like the most logical person, right? So, he's kind of thinking through the steps in a different way. Really practical. He's our more mellow personality.

One of my favorite things is overhearing Olivia laughing on the phone and just feeling like we're part of something bigger than ourselves is unique and unexpected for us, and how much we really enjoy it.

It's revolutionary, you know? Our firm is going through a process, where we're trying to break the mindset of silos, being in your own individual branch, being amongst your own team, a 1 to 1 sight model to a more collaborative mindset, a more growth focus where you come together with people from different walks of life and they have their own individual perspectives that we bring together and marry those things to where it pulls the best out of you.
