Kit Sundararaman

Edward Jones Principal Kit Sundararaman co-leads Edward Jones Ventures, focused on creating an innovation ecosystem will enable Edward Jones to create shared goals and outcomes with partners across a variety of industries and backgrounds to benefit clients, colleagues and communities. 

Kit joined Edward Jones in 2012 to lead the Client Insights Team, which in 2023 evolved to be the Experience Center of Expertise and encompassed Experience, Design, UX and Insights & Measurement. Her previous work history includes positions with Express Scripts, Anheuser-Busch, CSC Consulting and Andersen Consulting. She was named an Edward Jones principal in 2015. Kit serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. She has a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill.; a master’s in communications from Illinois State University in Normal and a doctorate in mass communications/psychology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She and her husband have two sons.
