Michael S Abbood

In 2007, I began my career as an Edward Jones financial advisor, opening a branch office and building a successful business in Johnston, RI. I relocated my office in 2014 to North Kingstown, RI.

Since joining Edward Jones, I have been actively involved in helping my fellow financial advisors by volunteering in a number of ways, including serving as a field trainer, mentor, field trainer leader, new level coach and performance leader.

I am a native of Rhode Island. I earned my bachelor's degree in finance from Providence College, my MBA from the University of Rhode Island, and a certificate in financial planning from Bryant University, also in Rhode Island. I also hold the AAMS® professional designation.

Before joining Edward Jones, I worked for Daniele, Inc. for 12 years as general manager and director of finance.

My wife, Teresa, and I have two children, Emily, age 33, and Thomas, age 30.
