As an Edward Jones financial advisor, it's important to invest my time understanding your goals before you invest your money. I listen, care and dedicate myself to helping my clients achieve their definition of financial success.
Growing up in the small town of Trent, Texas, I learned the importance of close relationships and a strong work ethic. Farming and ranching came naturally, and I was blessed to succeed in this work for years while holding on to these priorities. I felt the pull on my heart strings which encouraged a leap of faith to make a career change. I began my career as a financial advisor at Edward Jones in 2001, then became a limited partner in 2004, and received my AAMS® professional designation along the way. I serve as a partner to my clients, guiding them through life events and investment decisions to help them have confidence in their financial future.
My branch office administrators, Clay O'Dell and Jeremiah Stephens, work as a team to provide a level of client satisfaction and trust that goes far beyond most professional relationships you may have experienced. My ideal clients are those excited to utilize our established processes to methodically work towards their financial goals. Clients often come to me during times of transition, and we welcome the opportunity to work with your attorney, accountant and other trusted professionals to deliver holistic strategies leveraging everyone's experience.
My passions include my wife of 45 years, Cindy, as well as my three children, Britt, Chad and Ashlei. My family would not be complete without our seven grandchildren! Cindy and I feel blessed to attend and be part of their activities. Often, you'll find us at the baseball field, rodeo arena or watching a one act play. We also enjoy our involvement in the Walk to Emmaus community in Sweetwater, Texas, and attend First United Methodist in Merkel, Texas.
It all starts with a conversation. I welcome the opportunity to learn more about you!
