I was born and raised in NE Arkansas and earned my bachelor's degree at Arkansas State University in 1981. It was there I met my wife, Pam. After having owned and operated steak houses in several states, we sold our businesses in 1999.

It was then that my Edward Jones financial advisor approached me about coming to work for Edward Jones. Accepting this offer was the best business decision in my life. Having several cities to choose from to start my branch, we chose Texarkana, which we have learned to love. That was twenty years ago. During that time, we have raised our three children, all of whom met their spouses here. We have come to love the people of this community and couldn't imagine living any where else.

I am a proud member of Church on the Rock where I have served as an elder and a board member for 15 years.

Our interests involve reading, traveling and hanging out with our three children and three grandchildren.

Through education and guidance, our branch team has been able to affect the ability for many to plan for and achieve their goals of education, retirement savings, retirement income and wealth transfer. We've done this by getting to know them, their families and their dreams. It's as rewarding as "work" gets.
