I began working at Edward Jones in 1994 in Ada, OK. The transition from running my own law firm to becoming a financial advisor was demanding. However, Edward Jones FAs have a strong commitment to new FAs and freely dedicate a great deal of time to helping others be successful in the business in order for all Edward Jones clients to have the best experience possible. I was also fortunate to have the support of my mother, a general partner with Edward Jones (now retired) and my younger brother, who manages a successful office. In 2004, I moved to Corpus Christi, TX. Since then, my sister, her husband and my sister-in-law have all opened their own offices and we are all limited partners.
Edward Jones has a long standing history of investing in people. Our culture is focused on meeting the needs of individual investors. Our unique business model of conveniently located offices staffed by one financial advisor and branch office administrator encourages entrepreneurs who are interested in face-to-face relationships with clients and their families. We get to know our clients better because we are part of the community and see them at church, the vet and school events. These personal relationships help us to be more effective at helping guide our clients through life events and investment decisions that effect their futures.
I've always enjoyed helping people. Prior to becoming an attorney, I was a police officer with the Oklahoma City Police Department. I've been a Rotarian for years and recently became a Paul Harris Fellow. While my two children moved away from home to start their own families, I enjoy spending time with my rescue dogs and grandchildren when possible.
Noel, my valued branch office administrator, has worked with me for 16 years. While we have experience in many areas, estate considerations and strategizing for the future are things we should all consider. Schedule an appointment today, we'd love to meet you and discuss your future options.
