When I was young, my grandfather used to take me to McDonalds when I would visit him in Louisiana. These trips let him read the paper and enjoy his coffee while I wore myself out on the play set. During one of these trips, my grandfather discovered that I had struck up a conversation with an elderly janitor, and I was peppering him with questions about his life. The man informed my grandfather that he had “a talker on his hands,” and they shared a laugh. It was the first time in a long time anyone had bothered to talk with the gentleman, and thankfully he appreciated the conversation. I love this memory because it reminds me that everyone has a story waiting to be shared if we take the time to listen.

I joined Edward Jones in March 2019, after participating in Edward Jones training since November 2018. Prior to joining the Edward Jones family, I worked for several years in financial services for banks and a local credit union.

I attended The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina on an Army ROTC scholarship, graduating cum laude with my bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in east asian studies. I have served in the National Guard since 2011, and I am currently serving as a Captain in the 81st Stryker Brigade Combat Team.

My wife, Stephanie, and I married in 2013, and moved to Spokane in 2014. Stephanie graduated from Gonzaga Law School and is a practicing attorney in Spokane. We greatly enjoy building our careers and lives within the Spokane Community. In my spare time I enjoy reading, grilling and spending time with my wife and our rescue dog, Daisy.
