I started my professional life with a college degree in education. After about five years at various teaching locations and a new family, I changed to working in the financial industry by way of community banks. This is where I gained a vast knowledge of personal and business finances, helping people with their banking needs. After almost 20 years, I was introduced to the Edward Jones philosophy. It is very unique, compared to other corporations – Edward Jones values the individual and their unique goals. This is what drew me in, as we are all different in what we like or aspire to do, and Edward Jones prides itself on helping our clients with tailored advice, no cookie cutters.

My family has lived in the area for over 20 years now. My wife, Roxanne, is a high school teacher in the area and we are blessed with four children: Clara, Zander, Katja and Tony. Over the years, in addition to being involved in the community with our kids, I have also been a member of Rotary International, the Chamber of Commerce as well as the Cologne Baseball Association, the Crow River Valley Baseball League and the Minnesota Baseball Association. In the summer, you may find me at a local ballfield taking in a game or working in a concession stand.
