I began my career as a financial advisor in 2012 at Morgan Stanley where I joined a team and worked as the financial planning specialist for our individual clients as well as our retirement plan participants. I went on to lead a team of planning associates tasked with working alongside financial advisors in the Northern Ohio Complex to construct plans for their clients. I then moved into a role in management as complex business development manager. As my children grew older, I decided they needed for me to have more control of my schedule; I made the move to Edward Jones which has allowed me to continue doing what I love as well as more fully take care of my family.

I am particularly passionate about working with business owners and their families in wealth planning, charitable giving and asset protection. Business owners have very specific needs that I understand on a personal level; both of my parents were self-employed throughout their careers. The challenges, benefits, worries and payoffs are unique for those whose personal assets, time, focus and life's work are directly tied to the businesses they have nurtured for years – and often, decades. Questions surrounding succession and retirement weigh on a business owner's mind but are often not explicitly identified and confronted early enough.

Questions such as: "How do I retire?"
"What if I become disabled?"
"What happens if I die unexpectedly?"
"Can I take a break if my family needs me?"

These and many more questions have led me to obtain a designation as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, or CEPA®, as well as the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™, or CRPS™, designation. I seek to provide support, offer advice through strategies and assist business owners and their families in creating a situation in which they have comfort about the future.
